EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa and her husband Dan Osbourne have announced they are expecting their second child together.

Revealing their news to OK! Magazine, the happily married couple announced they are going to be parents again later in the year, with Jacqueline admitting the news was a 'huge shock'.

After taking three pregnancy tests to be sure of the news, Jacqueline said, "We both started laughing when the test was positive."

Dan, who previously appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, later told the publication, "We hadn't been trying so it was a huge shock. I think I'm still getting my head around it. Kids are a blessing but having three children is going to be a big responsibility. I'm not going to lie, I feel quite scared!"

The new arrival will be Jacqueline and Dan's second child together, but Dan's third in total. The couple share their two-year-old daughter Ella together, and Jacqueline is step-mum to Dan's four-year-old son Teddy from a previous relationship.

Dan often posts the most adorable photos of his two children to his Instagram page, declaring his love for them.

Earlier this month the proud dad showed off his latest tattoo design to his fans on Instagram. Dan has Ella and Teddy inked onto his leg, he wrote, 'HUGE thank you to @davidcorden for tattooing my babies on my leg! Sooo happy with it & can not wait for next month to get the rest done.' sic

Jacqueline and Dan's news comes after they married in a stunning ceremony back in June last year. Many of Jacqueline's EastEnders co-stars attended the wedding, with the couple looking stunning together in their outfits.

Both Dan and Jacqueline posted a number of photos from their big day, check them out below:

Lovely! đź‘«

Last year it was announced that Jacqueline, who plays the role of Lauren Branning in EastEnders, would be leaving the soap alongside her on-screen sister Abi Branning (Lorna Fitzgerald).

The shake up by BBC bosses came as a shock to the girls and fans of the soap, but they certainly had some dramatic scenes over Christmas.

Both Abi and Lauren are recovering in hospital with serious injuries after they fell off the Queen Vic roof during the Christmas Day episode.

Last week Jacqueline told fans her final scenes on the show will air in February!

Congratulations to Jacqueline and Dan on their wonderful baby news! 👶
