"Friendship never ends"
Can you believe it? It's been a massive 30 years since the Spice Girls auditioned to be part of what became one of the biggest girl groups in history. Celebrating this milestone, the band have now shared a throwback video, showing them in their early days, rehearsing their hits such as 'Wannabe'.

Thank you to our fans for your support from day one 💖 #FriendshipNeverEnds', all five members can be seen working on their dance moves, as their debut hit 'Wannabe' plays out.

Created back in 1994, the Spice Girls were formed when Emma Bunton, Victoria Adams (née Beckham), Geri Horner (née Halliwell), Melanie Brown and Melanie Chisholm responded to an advert in The Stage magazine, for a new girl band.
The group went on to have three Top 2 albums in the UK and nine Number 1 singles, including three consecutive Christmas Number 1s, beating a record previously held by The Beatles.
In more recent years, the band have been celebrating anniversaries such as the 25th anniversary of their album 'Spiceworld', this year they were also honoured with a series of stamps from the Royal Mail to celebrate their 30th anniversary, and Mel B has hinted at some 'really good news' for fans in the coming weeks, which is still to be announced.
