Who is the manager?

Dutch manager Sarina Wiegman once again took charge of England, following her monumental success at the last Euros.

Wiegman was appointed by the FA back in August 2020, taking over from former manager Phil Neville, and it's safe to say she's enjoyed major success with the squad. Following Euro 2025 kicks off, Wiegman has taken charge of 69 games, winning 49, drawing 11 and losing 9, that a huge 71% win rate which is the best among all England senior national team managers.

Wiegman won Euro 2022 with England as well as the first ever CONMEBOL–UEFA Finalissima in 2023. She also narrowly missed out winning the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, after England were narrowly beaten by Spain with a score of 1-0.

After winning the Euros in 2017 with The Netherlands, and again in 2022 and 2025 with England, Wiegman becomes the first manager in history to win three consecutive tournaments.

What kits did they wear?

The Lionesses have a brand new home and away kit for 2025, which they wore at the Euros. Each kit pays tribute to England teams and their victories of the past, and both are available to buy now from Nike.

Nike say of the home kit: 'The home kit uses shifts in colour to honour the pioneers of the national team playing through the ‘70s and ‘80s'.

Nike say of the away kit: 'The inspiration for the away kit pulls from the fearless optimism and leadership of the current and past Lionesses, with a nod to modern design'.
