Ariana Grande has delighted fans by teasing a brand new collaboration with rap star Nicki Minaj. Ariana posted a short video of herself rapping along to the new track, which is called 'The Light Is Coming', as you can hear Nicki Minaj's distinctive voice.
Simply uploading the video without a caption, Ariana's video has been greeted with over 50K retweets and nearly 200K likes, whilst a massive 16K fans have left comments.
One of the people to tweet the singer was Nicki Minaj herself, who said, 'Can’t let a EFF boy EFF up my nice vibez! Yo Ariana come lemme gih u a high 5!!!!!!!! ✋🏽' sic
Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj are expected to drop this future hit on the 31st May, meaning we don't have to wait long! This song will be the follow-up to Ariana's 'No Tears Left To Cry' which was released last month. 'No Tears Left To Cry' was the first new music from Ariana after nearly a year following the devastating events of 22nd May 2017, when 22 people were killed after a bomb at the Manchester Arena, following an Ariana Grande concert.
"I just wanted to say, thank you so much for coming on our show and for being strong and for entertaining, for showing up and going back to Manchester and doing a benefit concert. I thought that was awesome of you and I just think you're so strong," Jimmy told Ariana, who quietly responded, "Thanks, thank you."
Jimmy then went on to read a few lines from an essay Ariana posted online. While she listened to the words she continued to try to hold back the tears. Watch the touching moment below.
While on the show, the 'One Last Time' singer also confirmed the name for her forthcoming album. Telling the TV host that her album is called 'Sweetener' she explained, "It's kind of about bringing light to a situation, or to someone's life, or someone else who brings light to your life."
Check out some other albums we're looking forward to his year.

Rihanna
Remember when it was normal to expect a Rihanna album near enough every year? 'Rated R', 'Loud', 'Talk That Talk' and 'Unapologetic' were all released within 12 months of each other. However, she has been busy with Fenty beauty so we can anticipate a 2018 release to make up for lost time.

Former Girls Aloud star Cheryl is putting in 100% for her comeback album and has even recruited star producer Naughty Boy to produce a track (or two?).
