Taylor Swift is a multi-award winning artist, who has had plenty of successful songs and albums, including her latest 'reputation' album and tour, which she finished late last year. Taylor Swift has also given us hits such as 'Shake It Off', 'Blank Space' and 'Look What You Made Me Do'.
Here we take a look at the incredibly talented and popular pop star, and 13 things that you probably didn't know about her, from why 13 is her lucky number, to who her cats Olivia and Merdith are named after.

Here are 13 facts that you probably didn't know about Taylor Swift:
1) Taylor has two cats who are named after famous TV characters. The cats, Meredith and Olivia, are named after Ellen Pompeo's character in Grey's Anatomy, whilst Olivia gets her name from Mariska Hargitay's character in Law & Order: Special Victims.
2) She's written or co-written nearly every song that she has released, and Taylor's had a lot of songs! To date she has had six albums and over 40 singles!
3) She wrote her first song when she was just 12-years-old, it was called 'Lucky You'.
4) When she was 14-years-old she was signed to Sony/ATV music publishing making her the youngest songwriter EVER to be hired by them.
5) She reportedly learnt how to play a 12-string guitar before she learnt the 'usual' six-string guitar.
6) Taylor has done a lot of collaborations over the years, with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran and Zayn, however one of her least known collaborations is on her song 'Long Live' which featured on her 2010 album 'Speak Now'. The collaboration was with Paula Fernandes, a Brazilian recording artist, you can listen to the song below.

Sigala - featuring Fuse ODG, Sean Paul and Kent Jones
Sigala's song is quite the collaboration, it fuses together inspiration from each of the collaborators. Sigala described the song as an, "Amazing mix of cultures with Sean Paul from Jamaica, Fuse ODG from Ghana and Kent Jones from America."

Superstar rapper Nicki Minaj has teamed up with Ariana Grande for another great collaboration, 'Bed'. 'Bed' is the follow up to Nicki's 'Chun-Li' and features on her fourth studio album, 'Queen'.

7) Taylor auditioned for Broadway shows when she was younger, but never made it onto the stage.
8) Taylor's 2008 song 'Love Story' became the first song ever to reach number 1 in both the pop and country music charts in the US.
9) When Taylor's sixth album, 'reputation' was released last year she became the only artist to release four consecutive albums which sold more than one million copies in its first week of release.
10) Taylor normally writes under her own name, but once she used the pseudonym Nils Sjöberg on Calvin's song 'This Is What You Came For' featuring Rihanna. At the time Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift were dating and it's believed that they didn't want their names to overshadow the song's release.
11) Her ex-boyfriends have been the subject of a number of songs including, her relationship with One Direction singer Harry Styles. She reportedly wrote 'I Knew You Were Trouble' about their relationship.
13) Whilst it might be unlucky for many, for Taylor the number 13 is lucky for a number of reasons. In 2009 she told MTV, "I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first number 1 song had a 13-second intro. Every time I've won an award I've been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter.
