Following the success of five series of Stacey Solomon's Sort Your Life Out TV show, the BAFTA-nominated series has started to film its sixth series.

The TV star took to social media to share her excitement as she reunited with the team behind the popular show, which sees her help families declutter their houses.

Sort Your Life Out team reunited

Earlier this year, Stacey and her team Dilly Carter, Rob Bent and Iwan Carrington were backfor series five to help and encourage seven different families to sort out their homes and clutter in just one week.

Stacey said: "I’m so happy that Sort Your Life Out is back with even more life-changing declutters! We meet six amazing families who each have a different story that has brought them to us, whether that’s family loss or the cost-of-living crisis."

With series five now over, here's everything you need to know about the show, its award wins — and whether it will return for a sixth instalment.

Will there be another series?

Although BBC bosses didn't officially confirm the show has been renewed for a sixth series, they were on the hunt for potential applicants, and now, Stacey has confirmed the sixth series by reuniting with the team and writing: 'sort your life out series 6 here we go...'.

What is Stacey Solomon’s TV show, Sort Your Life Out?

Sort Your Life Out sees Stacey alongside a team of experts helping families fix up their cluttered homes. Stacey and the team, consisting of organisers, cleaners and DIY-experts seek to sort out the homes of those whose clutter has begun to impact their lives.

Stacey, who has landed a massive social media following for her incredible crafts, upcycling and unique ideas, fronts the BBC series where she 'coaches' six families to declutter their homes.

The pilot episode saw Stacey and her team lay the entire contents of a family’s home out, forcing them to decide what to keep and what to lose.

The Loose Women star is joined by home improvement experts Robert Bent, Dilly Carter and Iwan Carrington, as the six chosen families move their possessions into a warehouse as they attempt to donate, recycle and sell items.

Just like she does in her book Tap To Tidy, the show also sees Stacey sharing some tips to viewers at home.

Speaking about the show, Stacey previously said: “There’s nothing that brings me more joy than decluttering my home, so it was amazing to share my tips and tricks with wonderful families in the first series of Sort Your Life Out. Letting go of belongings can be a really vulnerable, challenging and emotional experience. I feel lucky to help people through the process and sort out their homes for the better. I can’t wait to be reunited with my dream team Dilly, Robert and Iwan for more incredible transformations.”

BBC Commissioning Editor, Beejal-Maya Patel, said: “Sort Your Life Out is perfect television. These heart-warming stories of families overwhelmed by possessions and reluctant to let go of the past, is something we can all relate to.

“Stacey, Dilly, Rob and Iwan do such a sensational job of not only revamping the house, but of transforming the families lives for the long-term. I’m thrilled we’ll get to see it return for a second series.”

Has the show won any awards?

Royal Television Society Award

It has! Sort Your Life Out won a Royal Television Society award for Best Popular Factual Show in March 2024, with Stacey in attendance to collect the prestigious award herself.

Taking to social media to share her delight on winning her first ever TV award, she said: 'We Won ✨😭 Our First EVER award for sort your life out & my first ever award for my own tv show 🥲 And it’s a @royaltelevisionsociety award!! WHAT 😭 It’s only taken me 15 years 😂 I don’t even know what to say 🥹 I definitely wasn’t ready for the speech 😂

'S.Y.L.O has such a huge place in my heart & there is nothing I love more than meeting people & being a part of changing their lives around. It is so special, and something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you to every single family who has welcomed us into your homes. You are the soul of the show. National Television Award

In September 2024, Sort Your Life Out won a National Television Award in the Factual Entertainment category, beating the likes of Gogglebox, Clarkson's Farm, Martin Lewis Money Show Live and The Yorkshire Vet.

Stacey was also nominated in Best Presenter category for hosting the show at the National Television Awards 2024, but she lost out to Ant and Dec.

BAFTA nominations

In 2025, Sort Your Life Out was nominated for two BAFTAs; Factual Entertainment and Entertainment Performance. Sadly on the night, the show came home empty-handed, but the team didn't let that dishearten them. Writing on Instagram, Dilly Carter said 'to have been nominated twice is unreal'. Hilariously, Stacey commented 'We were robbed 😂😂😂'.

The awards went to Joe Lycett for Late Night Lycett (Entertainment Performance) and Rob And Rylan's Grand Tour (Factual Entertainment).

Stacey stole the show on the night though, having her wedding dress repurposed for event. She posted on Instagram, as she glammed up for the ceremony: '✨ off to the BAFTAs ✨ 🥹 I’m so excited & so grateful to have been nominated for TWO @bafta this year. What in the heck is life 😂

'Thank you BAFTA for this honour. And thank you to my @sortyourlifeout family & @bbciplayer for giving me the chance to present the most special show, it’s the best job in the world & I love every second of it. I decided to have my wedding dress re worked for today because wearing it once feels like a travesty to me. I wanted to get her out of the box & take her out on another special day 🥲.'
