The summer series of Celebrity Big Brother is almost upon us, and in anticipation of the exciting new series, Channel 5 have released some first look photos of the luxurious looking Celebrity Big Brother house.

This year's theme for the show is 'Eye of the Storm' and Channel 5 have described this new house as a 'quick getaway from the pressures of the scrutiny', with tropical vibes throughout this house, it is themed around the home of showbiz, California, with Hollywood Regency flair. This year's Celebrity Big Brother is due to launch very soon, with a number of celebrities being rumoured to take part, including Meghan Markle's half-sister Samantha Markle. Samantha appeared on Good Morning Britain in July to talk about her father's health and the rumours that she will be appearing in the popular reality TV series. When she was asked about the TV series Samantha said, “I’ve worked in media most of my life, why would I not? Why would I stop living because I have a family issue going on? I don’t think she’s in intelligent enough to be able to separate the two, whether you’re a celebrity or a Royal, you have a high public profile and that’s subject to discussion within the media. " sic

Other rumoured celebrities include, last year's Love Island star Gabby Allen, footballer Jermaine Pennant and model Chloe Ayling.

We won't know the actual line-up until the celebrities enter the house on the 16th August, however Channel 5 has confirmed that, 'All of the celebrity names entering the house will have been caught up in their own media storm. And now, the celebrities are once again putting themselves in the public eye and this time they have a lot to prove.'

The summer edition of Celebrity Big Brother will see Emma Willis returning to present the show. Rylan Clark-Neal will also be returning for Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On the Side as he is joined by a number of celebrity panellists.
