Love Island: All the drama and recouplings from Casa Amor 2025
It's been described as the 'best ever'
Last updated 14th Jul 2025
Movie Night returned to the Love Island villa over the weekend — airing EXACTLY what happened during Casa Amor and the dramatic fallout that followed! This year's Casa villa saw more heads turn than ever before, with nice guy Tommy choosing to recouple with bombshell Lucy (leaving Emily dumped) and Harrison ditching Toni for Lauren.
It's been one of the most chaotic series in years, thanks to Islanders like Harry, Helena and Harrison, so it's no surprise viewers were desperate for the return of Casa, to see which Islanders would recouple — and who would stay loyal. Well strap yourself in, because we've got all the answers...
When was Movie Night?
It aired on ITV2 on Friday 11th July — and is now available to catch up on, on ITVX and STV Player.

Who chose to recouple?
Although last year's Casa Amor recoupling was one of the most dramatic in the show's history, leading host Maya Jama to shed a tear, viewers were pretty confident the 2025 Islanders would be able to top it, and we think they were right.
The most surprising was Tommy, who viewers believed was a great match with Welsh girl Emily, who remained loyal back in the main villa. Tommy had his head turned by Liverpool's very own Lucy, who he said he found a connection with in the Casa Amor villa. After an awkward reunion which saw her visibly shocked, Emily was left single — and eventually dumped from the Island!
Another recoupling, but maybe less surprising, was Harrison and Lauren. The 22-year-old decided to turn his back on his connection with American Toni, and bring a bombshell back from Casa. Thankfully the feeling was mutual, with Toni recoupling with Cach!
We also saw Yasmin ditch Conor for Jamie (but he walked in with Harry's ex, Emma). Billykiss switched to Boris and Shakira coupled up with fellow-northerner Ty. Ben also brought back Andrada... More on THAT later!
Here's the Islanders who chose to recouple:
💖 Shakira and Ty
💖 Toni and Cach
💖 Tommy and Lucy
💖 Yasmin and Jamie
💖 Billykiss and Boris
💖 Ben and Andrada
💖 Harrison and Lauren
💖 Conor and Emma
Who chose to stay loyal?
💖 Meg and Dejon
💖 Helena and Harry
Perhaps the most surprising move of the series so far... Harry stayed loyal in the Casa recouplings, returning to Helena empty-handed. Despite exploring a connection with Ty, she also decided to recouple with Harry.
And the recoupling we were all waiting for; Meg and Dejon both chose to remain loyal — BUT Dejon's antics in the Casa villa were soon shared with Meg. Despite an emotional reunion, Dejon had been exploring a strong connection with Andrada, with the pair then saying they would continue getting to know each other now they're both in the main villa.
Have Emily and Giorgo been dumped?
Yes! After remaining loyal and ending up single, both Emily and Giorgo have been dumped from the Island.
When was the Casa Amor recoupling?
ITV aired the Islanders choosing to stick or twist during Wednesday 9th July's episode.
What happened during Casa Amor?
During their days in the Casa Amor villa, Harry, Harrison and Tommy all looked likely to have their heads turned, with all three looking pretty cosy with the bombshells. Despite spending the first night outside, Harry shared a bed with Rheo on night two, and was dropping innuendos like sweets in her direction.
Meanwhile Harrison and Lauren were inseparable throughout their days in Casa, despite Harrison only recently rekindling things with Toni. And Tommy (gasp!) was smooching Lucy at every opportunity.
There were also some mixed signals coming off 'My Meg's' Dejon, who had been getting flirty with Andrada.
Back in the main villa, Meg was getting to know Martin and Toni admitted she was having her head turned by Cach.
Casa Amor arrived not long after Harry ditched Shakira for Helena — so we we were all on the edge of our seats waiting to see if he stayed loyal to that "undeniable connection". It's despite Helena and Shakira finding themselves in another love triangle, back in the main villa, with Ty.
How to watch it
Although the Casa Amor recoupling has already aired on ITV2, it's now available to catch up on ITVX and STV Player.
