Little Mix tease their brand new collaboration with Nicki Minaj

Despite teasing fans endlessly with news of their new album, nicknamed 'LM5', the Little Mix girls, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson, have just confirmed a very exciting rumour - which we first reported last week.
Taking to their socials over the weekend, Little Mix confirmed that the name of the first single to come from their new album would be 'Woman Like Me', a collaboration with none other than the rapper Nicki Minaj. Posting a photo of the artwork revealing the name, the girls also confirmed its release date of the 12th October - so not too long to wait!
The artwork shows the four members of Little Mix wearing black polo necks and Perrie's freckles are clearly shown, after the singer revealed earlier this year that she was going to embrace her natural look.

In August the singer posted a photo to Instagram saying, 'Growing up I was always insecure about the freckles on my face. Over the last couple of years I’ve started to embrace them and don’t feel I need to hide them anymore. “Embrace your individuality. Love what you love without worrying about judgement'. sic
As well as revealing the artwork, the girls also delighted fans with a short clip from their new song. The accompanying video shows each of the girls in a garden as the music plays and the song's title appears on screen.
News of the girls' latest song comes just days after it was reported that the group were working with the 'Superbass' rapper. Last week, a source told CelebsNow, "Little Mix and Nicki Minaj are filming a music video together this Thursday and Friday. It’s such an exciting collaboration – literally two of the biggest names in female music coming together, and the song is sure to be a hit!"
Many years ago before Little Mix were famous, they sang Nicki Minaj's 'Superbass' on The X Factor in 2011.

In 2017 Camilla Cabello announced she had left the band to focus on her solo caree, and in March 2018 the group revealed they were going on a hiatus.
Christina Aguilera
Christina Aguilera appeared on Star Search as a youngster back in 1990.
It wasn't until 1999 when the singer really made waves in the music industry with hits including 'Genie In The Bottle' and 'What A Girl Wants'.
Throughout the noughties Christina had some massive hits such as 'Dirrty', 'Beautiful' and 'Hurt' and later went on to star in a number of movies such as Burlesque.
The singer now has five Grammy Awards, has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and appears on The Voice as a mentor.
Jordin Sparks

It was her time in girl band The Pussycat Dolls which really started her success. The band became one of the world's biggest selling girl bands with hits such as 'Don't Cha' and 'Jai Ho'.
Nicole later left the band and has enjoyed a solo career. The singer is also a judge on The X Factor, although rumours are suggesting she won't be returning for the 2018 series.

Whilst we currently don't have a release date for their fifth album, Little Mix have released all of their previous albums in November, so it looks like we might have to wait at least another month before we get to hear it in full.
