Our very own Hits Radio Breakfast presenter Fleur East has just released her brand new single 'Lucky'. 'Lucky' is the follow-up to Fleur's 2019 catchy song 'Size', and will also feature on her upcoming album 'Fearless', due for release later this year.

As well as releasing her great new tune, Fleur dropped the music video which starts with her wedding, where they have just been pronounced husband and wife. Fleur's mum Irene can be seen blessing the newlyweds saying, "I wish you all long life, good health and prosperity in Jesus Christ."

'Lucky' fuses rhythmic percussion, smooth vocals and a pulsating bass line, revealing her excitement about her new release, Fleur said, "I'm really excited for people to hear 'Lucky'. It's such an uplifting, feel good song with a positive message. It's all about being grateful for the blessings you have in your life, and understanding that everything worth having is hard work."

The music video also stars some of Fleur's family as well as featuring clips of her around the world, from DJing in a club to quad-biking and performing on stage.

Speaking about 'Lucky' Fleur went on to say, "You may assume it's just 'luck' but there's a lot more to it. I want everyone to celebrate everything they are thankful for, and take a second to reflect on what you've achieved. I love the percussion on the track and the bass line really makes you want to dance."

Earlier this week, the Radio City presenter revealed the news of her new single on her socials sharing the artwork with the caption, 'LUCKY. 31/1/20'. Since announcing 'Lucky' will be dropping on Friday, Fleur's fans have been leaving comments saying, 'I meaaaannnn 😍😍😍🔥🔥' and 'Fabulous 👍'.

Fleur's new single comes in the same week it was revealed she would be doing a UK tour in April, performing in Manchester, Glasgow, Oxford and London. Fleur East: The Fearless Experience is Fleur's first headline UK tour and she told us, "I cannot wait to go on tour. I've been performing for years and have headlined some amazing shows, but this is my first ever headline tour.

"I'm excited to sing, dance and put on an incredible show. It's time to give back to everyone who has supported me and my music. I want people to leave feeling inspired and that's why it's called an 'experience'. See you on tour!"
