The music video for the latest song from David Guetta and Galantis with 5 Seconds of Summer has now been released.

The song called 'Lighter' was released on 1st March along with the lyric video, and followed a number of teases from the trio, telling fans they have 'something very special'. Now, two weeks after the song's release, the music video has been released.

Is there a music video for 'Lighter'?

Yes, there is a music video for the new collab with Galantis, David Guetta and 5 Seconds of Summer. The music video is a compilation of clips showing each of the collaborators making their way to their own gigs at festivals and stadiums.

Is there a lyric video for 'Lighter'?

As well as releasing the new song, which you can hear on Hits Radio, Galantis shared a lyric video, which shows sweeping shots of various landscapes, while the words appear on screen as large bold letters filled with moving clouds.

Before the release of their song, Galantis and David Guetta teased their new song on social media, with the Swedish DJs telling their fans: 'Treating you to something very special ✨'.

And with this news, fans left hundreds of comments of excitement at hearing this short snippet of the song. One fan wrote: 'Very excited about this. Heartbreak Anthem and Damn are really good. This one sounds good too.' Another fan commented: 'Song of the summer 2024.' And a third wrote: 'I'M SO EXCITED OMG✨✨✨'. (sic)

David Guetta and Galantis previously teamed up with Little Mix back in 2021 with their HUGE hit 'Heartbreak Anthem', and again with MNEK for 'Damn' in 2022.

While David Guetta has released a number of songs recently, including 'On My Love' with Zara Larsson, and 'When We Were Young (The Logical Song)' with Kim Petras, Galantis have not had a Top 10 hit in the UK since their collab 'Heartbreak Anthem'. Meanwhile, 5 Seconds of Summer are best known for their hits 'She Looks So Perfect' and 'Youngblood'.
