Ariana Grande has just taken live performances to a different level with this impressive rendition of her latest single 'No Tears Left To Cry'. Performing with TV host Jimmy Fallon and The Roots, who were playing Nintendo Labo instruments, Ariana gave an amazing performance.
Wearing a stunning light blue fitted suit, with Jimmy in yellow and the band in white, Ariana belted out her song as the band played the modified instruments. Check it out below!
If you're unfamilar with Nintendo Labo instruments then they are the incredible 'tool' that you can buy allowing you to create instruments and other accessories out of cardboard to play along with Nintendo's Switch console. As part of the range it's possible to buy various instruments, which is what the band were playing to accompany Ariana.
Ariana's latest song 'No Tears Left To Cry' is her first new music since the tragic events of the 22nd May 2017 when a bomb went off at Manchester Arena killing 22 people. Paying a beautiful tribute to her fans who lost their lives, Ariana included a bee in her video, a symbol which is so strong for the people of Manchester. The Manchester bee features at the end of Ariana's new four minute video, with the bee flying off into the sky.
Since the release of 'No Tears Left To Cry' Ariana also gave her first TV interview with Jimmy Fallon earlier this month. Jimmy said, "I just wanted to say, thank you so much for coming on our show and for being strong and for entertaining, for showing up and going back to Manchester and doing a benefit concert. I thought that was awesome of you and I just think you're so strong."
Fighting back the tears Ariana responded, "Thanks, thank you." Jimmy then went on to read a few lines from an essay the singer posted online. While she listened to Jimmy she continued to try to hold back the tears. Watch the moving moment below.
While on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Ariana also confirmed the name for her new album would be 'Sweetener' saying, "It's kind of about bringing light to a situation, or to someone's life, or someone else who brings light to your life."
She also revealed it would out in around three month's time, so not too long to wait. Check out some other albums we're looking forward to his year.
