The lovely Anne-Marie joined us at Hits Live Birmingham on Saturday 20th November, delighting the crowd at the Resorts World Arena alongside the amazing line-up of Rag’n’Bone Man, Tom Grennan, Becky Hill, Dermot Kennedy, Years & Years, James Arthur, KSI and The Wanted!

With hits like '2002' and 'Ciao Adios', there's no denying the fact Anne-Marie is one of the biggest female artists around at the moment, with the singer even linking up with Little Mix and Niall Horan this year!

Before she headed out to do her thing on stage, Anne-Marie joined Fleur, James and Matt backstage to chat about all things '#TherapyIn15', from how the hashtag came about, to what it is and how it was created!

After James told Anne-Marie: "I'm in love with #Therapyin15", the singer went on to reveal how the hashtag began, saying: "Well, it started actually years and years ago, when I did a thing called agony aunt.

"I want to help people, right, and I want to make people feel good, and I started this email thing where people could email me their problems, or whatever they're going through and I would try and help them with what they're dealing with."

Anne-Marie then admitted that due to only a few people being able to get the email through, she decided to take things to Twitter. Following the release of her debut album 'Speak Your Mind', she decided to create the hashtag "speak your mind in 15 minutes".

"So people have 15 minutes every Sunday, or some Sundays, to just let out how they're feeling. And then I released 'Therapy' and it became therapy in 15."

She then added: "If you're happy, or you're sad, or you're annoyed - hopefully the week ahead for everyone will be a bit lighter because they've let a bit of steam off!"

Anne-Marie's Twitter hashtag has helped so many people, with the 'Our Song' singer admitting: " It's so cool because everyone proper helps each other." Amazing!
