First photos released from Britney Spears and Sam Asghari's wedding
Britney is married!
Following their engagement in September last year, pop superstar Britney Spears and her long-term partner Sam Asghari have married at their stunning home in Los Angeles, surrounded by their closest friends.
Britney, who was freed from her controversial conservatorship last year after almost 14 years of her dad Jamie Spears controlling her life, has now shared some adorable photos from her big day with Sam via Vogue Magazine.
The publication have posted three photos from the wedding, one of Britney and Sam, another of Britney's Versace dress, and a third of the stunning venue.
Sam’s representative Brandon Cohen confirmed the marriage to the AP news agency on Friday 10th June, saying: “I am very ecstatic this day has come, and they are married.
“I know (Asghari) wanted this for so long. He is so caring and supportive every step of the way.”
Although Britney's mum, dad, sister and two teenage sons did not attend the nuptials, it's understood her brother Bryan did make an appearance, alongside celebrity guests such as Paris Hilton, Justin Bieber, Drew Barrymore and wedding dress designer Donatella Versace.
However, the day didn't go without drama, as Britney's ex-husband Jason Alexander, whom she was married to for just 55 hours in 2004, broke into the wedding venue, videoing himself on Instagram Live.
40-year-old Jason was arrested and charged with four misdemeanours, with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department confirming he'd been taken into custody.

Britney and Sam announced their engagement in September last year, after five years of dating under Britney's conservatorship.
Whilst an excited Britney posted the news on Instagram, Sam's manager said at the time: "The couple made their long-standing relationship official today and are deeply touched by the support, dedication and love expressed to them.
"He couldn't be happier to be involved and make this one-of-a-kind ring."
The happy couple then announced they were expecting their first child in April this year, but Britney confirmed the heartbreaking news that she'd suffered a miscarriage in May, releasing an emotional statement to fans.
The 'Womanizer' singer wrote: 'It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy. This is a devastating time for any parent.
'Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along, however, we were overly excited to share the good news.
'Our love for each other is our strength. We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family.'
