ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME

Every Day is Payday running from the Start Date to the End Date as set out below (the “Competition”).

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

Bauer Radio Limited, registered office: Media House Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, United Kingdom, PE2 6EA and registered under company number 01394141 (the “Promoter”).

This is a Bauer Media Audio UK Network Competition, running on winhappy.com and hellorayo.co.uk. The Competition will be promoted on those websites and on other channels including but not limited to radio stations, SMS, social media, apps, magazines, and email newsletters.

ITEM 3: WEBSITE

The website shall be www.hellorayo.co.uk/station-list or www.winhappy.com (the “Website”)

ITEM 4: COMPETITION START DATE, END DATE AND ENTRY PERIODS

Start Date: Friday 3 January 2025 at 5:10pm

End Date: Friday 10 January 2025 at 3:00pm

Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (as stated above) will be invalid but you may still be charged.

We reserve the right to broadcast the Competition at any time throughout each day during the broadcast schedule.

Please note that the Competition Start Date and End Date as specified in these Competition terms and conditions are final and are not impacted by the time of broadcast of announcements advertising how to enter, which may in some circumstances be delayed.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION DETAILS

After the start of the Competition, the prize amount will be announced. The prize will be the cash amount that entrants are trying to win.

We reserve the right to announce additional prizes at any time during the Competition. Entrants will not need to enter again to be able to win an additional prize. How to win an additional prize will be clearly communicated on-air. Any entrant who wins an additional prize will still be eligible to win the main prize.

We may also advertise the prizes on the respective Station’s Website, social media or via an SMS marketing message or via any other medium at our absolute discretion.

After the Competition has closed, one entrant from all of the valid entries will be selected by automated random draw.

If an Entrant fails to answer their phone within 30 seconds, refuses to play, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during the call and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the Entrant, they will forfeit their chance to win and another Entrant will be selected at random. The decision of the Production team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The entrant who is randomly selected will win the prize on offer.

The entrant selected may be required to talk to the presenter / programming team, and the call may be recorded and played on-air (assuming there is no breach of these terms and conditions).

ITEM 6: ROUTES OF ENTRY, ENTRY LIMITS, AND COSTS

Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with entering and Entrants must have permission from the bill payer. Bauer Media is not responsible for any network or technical issues an entrant may experience, which may delay or prevent their participation.

SMS

Entrants can send up to 12 SMS messages across the Competition in total starting with WIN to 61054, 63103, 64100, 65115 or 81215; CASH to 61054, 63103 or 64100; YES to 61025; or ROCK to 64100. A single SMS entry costs £2.50 (from the UK) + 1 standard network rate message. Entrants will receive an automated SMS response from 82202 to confirm their entry.

Entrants can send up to 3 SMS messages across the Competition in total starting with BANK to 61025, 61054, 63103, 64100, 81215 or 82210; or TEN to 61054, 63103, 64100 or 82210. Entrants will receive 4 entries for the cost of 1 SMS message. SMS messages starting with BANK or TEN cost £10.00 (from the UK) + 1 standard network rate message. Entrants will receive an automated SMS response from 82210 to confirm their entry.

If the SMS message does not start with a valid keyword, or is not sent to a valid number, it will not be entered. SMS entries may be charged outside of any inclusive message bundles. The delivery of this message may be delayed at peak times.

We reserve the right to run bonus SMS entry incentives throughout the duration of the Competition. These incentives will be communicated via the automated SMS response received to confirm the entry. Where we operate an incentive, the entry limit may change.

ONLINE

Entrants can enter a maximum of 12 times across the Competition in total via the Website.

A single online entry costs £2.50. The use of a debit or credit card may incur charges from your provider.

We reserve the right to run entry incentives Online throughout the duration of the Competition. These incentives will be communicated via the Website. Where we operate an incentive, the Online entry limit may change.

PHONE

Entrants can make up to 150 phone calls across the Competition in total to 0330 880 4523, 0330 880 4536, 0330 880 4541, 0330 880 4557, 0330 880 4576, 0330 880 4594, 0330 880 4608, 0330 880 4615, 0330 880 4629, 0330 880 4682 or 0330 880 4602. Calls (from the UK) are charged at standard network rate. These calls may be charged outside of any inclusive call bundles.

We reserve the right to run entry incentives via SMS or Online throughout the duration of the Competition. Where we operate an incentive, the Phone entry limit may change.

ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man), and (ii) are not a Bauer employee or their immediate family (including live-in partner).

Entrants must enter using a valid UK mobile number. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter any competition repeatedly, or make multiple simultaneous entries, is prohibited.

All entrants must enter on their own behalf and may not enter on behalf of anyone else. If we later become aware that the person who played the competition was not the entrant themselves, we will disqualify this entrant and no prize will be payable to any persons involved.

ITEM 8: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Entrants who are randomly selected will be contacted by the phone number provided with their entry. This may be live on air or off-air. Due to programming schedules, this may not be broadcast on all participating radio stations.

All callers are randomly selected in the same way and any off-air recording will only ever take place after the entries have closed. The name, hometown, photo and any video or audio recording of the winner may also be posted on the Promoter’s Website and / or social media platforms.

By entering, the entrant is automatically consenting to being called and having their name and location announced on-air.

Entrants can only win one of any additional prizes.

Entrants that win any additional prizes are still eligible to win the main prize.

If an entrant has won £500 or more in any Bauer Media Competition over the past 6 months before the Start Date, they are not eligible to win any prize as part of the Competition. For more details on this, please see item 4.12 ”Prize Limits” of the Bauer Media Group Competition General Terms & Conditions.

ITEM 9.1: PRIZE DETAILS

The prizes will always be cash amounts that will be delivered to a winner paid in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque.

We reserve the right to offer additional prizes throughout the competition.

Delivery or payment of prizes is subject to the winner providing personal identification and / or proof of address and passing internal compliance checks within 14 days of being contacted.

If we are unable to contact a winner to award a prize within 14 days of the draw date, or if the winner is unable to provide us with personal identification and / or proof of address within 14 days of being contacted, the winner forfeits entirely their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to award this to an alternative winner where possible.

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Payment of the prizes may take up to 28 days from the point at which the Promoter receives the correct details.

Where, it emerges after the prize has been awarded that the entrant was in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who breach our terms and conditions from entering our competitions.

ITEM 9.2: ADDITIONAL PRIZE DETAILS

JET2HOLIDAYS VOUCHER

The voucher must be redeemed by 31 March 2025. If the voucher is not redeemed by this date, it will be deemed forfeited. Each voucher shall entitle the prize winner to the relevant discount off any Jet2holiday from any of our UK departure airports, subject to our flying schedule. Valid on new holidays only, travel to be taken from 1 January 2025 and all travel to be completed by 31 October 2026.

The voucher may only be used once. There must be a minimum of 2 adults on the booking.

Customer must be aged 18 years or over to place a booking. Booking must be made via the Jet2holidays contact centre. Where applicable, the discount can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com and/or the Jet2holidays app (as applicable) subject to the terms of that promotion. For clarity, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other manually applied discount or offer.

If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the discount will no longer apply, and the full balance shall be payable. Prices shown on our websites and in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.

Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed. The voucher is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking you cannot make any amendments.

If the total cost of the holiday that the winner selects totals less than discount amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference and that additional amount shall be forfeited. If the winner would like to choose a holiday which totals more than discount amount, they shall be responsible for paying the difference in cost.

All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar. All other terms and conditions as per the Jet2holidays website apply (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions). The prize is subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/termsrespectively.

The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.

Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative property/destination/transfers/travel dates at any time, to the equivalent prize value, or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted.

ITEM 10: DATA PROTECTION

By entering the Competition, entrants are automatically consenting to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter via SMS text message. Entrants can opt out of this at any time by texting: STOP to 61025, 61054, 63103, 64100, 65115, 81215, 82202, 82205 or 82210. This will be charged at 1 standard network rate message. If entrants do not wish to receive any marketing communications, they will need to do this after each time they re-enter. Entrants personal data will (regardless of whether they opt-out) always be used to process their entry. ITEM 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENT

Entrants will not be put through to speak on-air if we think they are driving illegally, intoxicated, likely to swear, or otherwise offend our listeners. Whilst on air for the purposes of this competition entrants must not use foul language, swear, say or do anything defamatory or illegal or say or do anything which would damage the reputation of the Promoter, is offensive or inappropriate or which would cause us, or our listeners, harm. Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and if the entrant has won a prize, this will be forfeited.

It is a condition of entry to all our competitions that we have the right to publish and/or broadcast the first name, home town, character, likeness and voices of competition entrants and winners.

In particular, entrants consent to their entries to radio competitions being read out on-air and/or to their conversations with our presenters or playing of a competition being broadcast on-air and communicated to the public on our website/social media pages or otherwise, in our sole discretion. For clarity, we may also record and store audio recordings of entrants off-air which may be broadcast on-air at a later time at our sole discretion.

Entrants, particularly prize winners and their guests if applicable, may be required to supply a photo of themselves or to participate in photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s). You agree that we shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any media and in any manner, we see fit, unless you advise us at the time of entering the Competition that you wish to retain your anonymity. You agree that the Promoter (or any third party nominated by the Promoter) may in its sole discretion use the winner's (and if applicable their guest's) name and image and their comments relating to the prizes and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being due.

ITEM 12: OTHER CONDITIONS

We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify the entrant if we know or suspect that they have breached them. If the disqualification occurs after a winner has been announced, one further entrant from all of the valid entries of that entry period will be selected by automated random draw and awarded the prize.

All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or awarding of prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into about the operation of this Competition. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this Competition or any part of it if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
