Following her stellar performance at Ultra Music Festival over the weekend, where she performed on the Live Stage, Becky Hill has revealed her plans for the future.
The singer, who's had huge songs such as 'Disconnect' and 'Remember' has now started to tease her upcoming collab with Swedish DJ Alesso, and also revealed that she wants to been seen as an artist in her own right at festivals such as Ultra.
In an interview with DJ Mag, Becky shared that she requested to perform at Ultra after being asked if she would accept the EDM award for Best Vocalist in the city, the same weekend. The festival organisers rearranged the line-up to accommodate the 'Gecko (Overdrive)' singer.
As she explained: "I got to the beginning of this year and I didn't see myself on line-ups at places like EDC, or Tomorrowland, or, you know the big dance or... Miami Ultra.
"I didn't have a set at the beginning of this year. Last year I was touring the States, I wanted to showcase dance music with trained orchestral musicians. I can be a one man band as well."

She continued: "Funnily enough, I asked to come and play at Ultra because I was winning Best Vocalist at the EDM Awards, they asked me if I was coming to pick up the award in person, and I said, 'Well, it's not really worth my time because I don't have a set at Ultra.' And they actually moved around the line-up on the Live Stage to accommodate me. And that's the kind of f--king hustle you have to do.
"I'm more than just a vocalist, I'm a dance artist and I want to be up there with the kind of 'Fishers' and 'Dom Dollas' and 'the Calvin Harris', 'the David Guettas' and no woman has actually done that yet. Eventually I want to be headlining in Ushuaia and have a residency and you know, do those massive plays that the DJs are doing and you know, hopefully I won't have to ask for a set next year and I'll be able to do Main Stage and I'll be able to have production and bring my own f--king fireworks.
"So watch this space. I'm excited, hopefully the sky is the limit and I just want to see how far it goes and how hard I can hit it. Now I can stop being scared of my own shadow, I think it's time that I show people what I've got."
We're just days away from the release of Becky Hill's new song with Alesso. Both Becky and Alesso, who performed on the Main Stage at Ultra Music Festival, played their new song, with it getting a huge reception from the fans.
