Strictly's Amy and Tom return to training following Covid-19 isolation
The pair were given a free pass to Week Three
It's safe to say McFly singer Tom Fletcher and his professional partner Amy Dowden didn't get off to the best of starts on this year's Strictly Come Dancing!
Despite impressing with his first routine on Saturday 25th September, just one day later both Tom and Amy tested positive for Covid-19, meaning the pair have been self-isolating ever since, missing last Saturday's show.
However, after the pair were given a free pass to Week Three, Tom and Amy are now out of isolation and back in the dance studio, ready for their big comeback performance on Saturday night.
Sharing a snap of the pair back in rehearsals, Welsh dancer Amy told fans: 'I can’t tell you how happy and grateful team #mcflowden was to be back in the training room today! We smiled all day even when are legs were exhausted from all those jive kicks! Super proud of @tomfletcher and can’t wait to be back on the dance floor Saturday night! @bbcstrictly #teamcflowden #jive #movieweek #backtothefuture'. (sic)
Fans were over the moon to see the pair back, with one writing: 'Missed you guys!! Super excited to see you on ITT tomorrow!! Break a leg on Saturday night 👏😍❤️'.
Another wrote: 'Yay😍😍 soooooo excited to see you both Saturday night xxx', with a third commenting: 'glad to see you both back together. excited to see you on it takes two tomorrow and can’t wait for saturdays performance ❤️❤️❤️'. (sic)
The pair arrive back into the competition during Movie Week, with Tom and Amy set to perform a Jive to 'Johnny B Goode' from the movie Back To The Future.
