Following the success of five series of Stacey Solomon's Sort Your Life Out TV show, the BAFTA-nominated series started to film its sixth series in May last year, and now the show finally has a start date.

Hitting our screens in March, Stacey reunites with Dilly Carter, Rob Bent and Iwan Carrington, as the team help with a life-changing declutter and revamp of family homes.

When is Sort Your Life Out back on TV?

Series six begins at 8pm on Tuesday 10th March, with weekly episodes for six weeks.

The synopsis for episode one reads: 'With Stacey and the team’s help, the family begins by packing all their possessions into boxes, stripping every item from their home to reveal all its hidden potential. During the process, Stacey and the team learn that 62-year-old Gerry has been diagnosed with early-onset dementia.

'This affects both Gerry’s memory and his visual awareness, meaning the clutter makes getting around the house challenging. Trish, who has taken over the household DIY since Gerry’s motor skills have declined, shares her hopes of getting the house sorted while they have time. She wants to hold on to the items that will spark memories for Gerry, while letting go of all the things they no longer need'.

What is Stacey Solomon’s TV show, Sort Your Life Out?

Sort Your Life Out sees Stacey alongside a team of experts helping families fix up their cluttered homes. Stacey and the team, consisting of organisers, cleaners and DIY experts seek to sort out the homes of those whose clutter has begun to impact their lives.

Stacey, who has landed a massive social media following for her incredible crafts, upcycling and unique ideas, fronts the BBC series where she 'coaches' six families to declutter their homes.

The former Loose Women star is joined by home improvement experts Robert Bent, Dilly Carter and Iwan Carrington, as the six chosen families move their possessions into a warehouse as they attempt to donate, recycle and sell items.

Just like she does in her book Tap To Tidy, the show also sees Stacey sharing some tips to viewers at home.

Speaking about the show, Stacey previously said: “There’s nothing that brings me more joy than decluttering my home, so it was amazing to share my tips and tricks with wonderful families in the first series of Sort Your Life Out. Letting go of belongings can be a really vulnerable, challenging and emotional experience. I feel lucky to help people through the process and sort out their homes for the better. I can’t wait to be reunited with my dream team Dilly, Robert and Iwan for more incredible transformations.”

BAFTA nominations

In 2025, Sort Your Life Out was nominated for two BAFTAs; Factual Entertainment and Entertainment Performance. Sadly on the night, the show came home empty-handed, but the team didn't let that dishearten them. Writing on Instagram, Dilly Carter said 'to have been nominated twice is unreal'. Hilariously, Stacey commented: 'We were robbed 😂😂😂'.

The awards went to Joe Lycett for Late Night Lycett (Entertainment Performance) and Rob And Rylan's Grand Tour (Factual Entertainment).

Stacey stole the show on the night though, having her wedding dress repurposed for the event. She posted on Instagram, as she glammed up for the ceremony: '✨ off to the BAFTAs ✨ 🥹 I’m so excited & so grateful to have been nominated for TWO @bafta this year. What in the heck is life 😂

'Thank you BAFTA for this honour. And thank you to my @sortyourlifeout family & @bbciplayer for giving me the chance to present the most special show, it’s the best job in the world & I love every second of it. I decided to have my wedding dress re worked for today because wearing it once feels like a travesty to me. I wanted to get her out of the box & take her out on another special day 🥲.'
