Love Island spoilers: Faye apologises to Teddy for angry outburst
Can the pair kiss and make up?
After a shaky start it had looked like Faye Winter and Teddy Soares could go all the way on this year's Love Island, especially after they looked more loved-up than ever following the drama over at Casa Amor.
HOWEVER, things took yet another sour turn at the end of last week when the Islanders sat down with popcorn to watch footage of themselves in the villa.
After a clip was shown of Teddy telling Casa Amor girl Clarisse Juliette he found her 'sexually attractive', Faye ended things with Teddy following an explosive argument in front of the rest of the Islanders.
But after new girl Priya Gopaldas showed interest in Teddy during Tuesday night's show, despite Teddy admitting his head wasn't in it, it looks like Faye is having major regrets about her actions.
On tonight's show (Wednesday 10th August), Faye admits to the girls that she needs to 'grovel' to Teddy, revealing 'being a girlfriend now doesn’t sound so scary'.
Faye tells the girls how she’s feeling about Teddy: “There would be no point in me staying here if it wasn’t for Teddy. Although I lost my head and I went about it completely the wrong way, I wouldn’t have been myself if I didn’t do that. I’ve obviously thought about it hard for the last couple of days and I do want to be sorry and I do want to make it work with him.”
She adds: “I’ve now got to grovel myself, which is fine, because I know what I want. Being a girlfriend now doesn’t sound so scary.”
Later in the Beach Hut, Faye adds: “At the end of the day I am sorry. I never think about ‘future Faye’. Actually, I sabotage her every day just by being a kn-b.”
During a chat with BFFs Millie and Chloe, Faye admits: "I feel bad, I feel like s--t that I blew up the way I did and I am sorry for what I done and there’s no excuse for it. There’s no excuse for the way I just flew out, off the handle. But, I just want to move forward with it.”
Millie says: “All you can say to Teddy is a genuine apology for that. But he needs to apologise, too.”
Faye replies: “If anything, it’s made me realise what I want. Yesterday, if he’d stood there and gone home I’d have been like, ‘It’s OK because I’m off too. I have been horrible and I need to apologise to Teddy for being a brat. Which doesn’t come lightly. I don’t apologise to anyone.”
In the evening, Faye tells Millie: “It’s hard because I’m nervous. I am nervous. I know that I done wrong. Ultimately I know that I can’t react to situations like that and that’s not nice for anyone to see.”
Meanwhile, as he continues to think about Faye, Teddy tells Toby: “It will be interesting to see if she does pull me tonight; it could be make or break. If she doesn’t apologise… I cannot move past it.”
In the Beach Hut, Faye says: “I need to apologise for the way I spoke to him the night that I lost my head. It’s kind of make or break isn’t it, for me and Teddy now. I need to have a normal, adult should I say, quiet, shall I also say, conversation with him.”
Faye later pulls Teddy for a chat, so can the pair make up for the second time?

No getting drunk
According to 2017 contestant Kem Cetinay, contestants are allowed one small glass of wine or beer a night with dinner.
Being drunk's an absolute no-no, so sex while intoxicated is obviously against the rules too.
No masturbating
No solo sex acts are allowed in the villa, though obviously allowed to get jiggy with their partner.
No nudity
Contestants cannot be naked in front of other islanders, since the villa is technically a public space.
No books, phones or magazines
The islanders are given snazzy phones from their sponsor, Samsung (what else would they get their texts on?); but anyone sneaking their own mobile phone into the villa would risk being removed.
Same goes for books and magazines, too.
No inappropriate language or behaviour
This could cover homophobic, racist or aggressive language and is quite the broad rule. Inappropriate behaviour is again at producers' discretion, and would include violence and sexual harassment.
No discriminating against staff
Any Islanders who are rude to crew could run the risk of being booted off the show, and contestants must NOT take their mic packs off unless instructed to.
Follow the rule book
Simple. Contestants must obey the rule book they're provided with; which includes information on safe sex, consent and how to know if you're following the guidelines.
In other Love Island news, new bombshells Priya and Aaron get grafting in the villa following their initial dates.
Whilst Priya sets her sights on Northern Irish boy Matthew, it looks like Aaron wants to get Mary better, planning a surprise brunch for her.
The show is set to end with the Islanders returning from today's challenge to a big surprise in the garden, but who or what is it?!
