The new series airs every Friday night
With the original series of Gogglebox being one of the most popular shows on the box, we were over the moon when spin-off show Celebrity Gogglebox graced our screens, and now there's been six full series — with a seventh airing weekly.
Now Alison Hammond has joined the series alongside her son and sister, here's everything you need to know about the popular spin-off show, including how to watch it.
When is Celebrity Gogglebox on TV?
The seventh series of Celebrity Gogglebox started at 9pm on Friday 6th June 2025, with new episodes every Friday night.
It's after a Stand Up To Cancer special aired on Friday 25th October last year. The sixth series of Celebrity Gogglebox started in June 2024.
What time is Celebrity Gogglebox on?
The show airs at 9pm on Friday nights.
Which celebs are taking part?
Good friends Vicky Pattison and Pete Wicks appear for the first time, alongside Vicky's dogs Max and Milo. The news was announced just hours before the first episode, with a social post reading: 'Say hello to @vickypattison, @p_wicks01 and good boys Max and Milo! 🐶🐶'.
Joining the Celebrity Gogglebox line-up for the first time is The Inbetweeners legend James Buckley and his wife, Clair. Best known for playing cocky teenager, Jay, in the hit TV series, James appeared in a Channel 4 Instagram video on Monday 2nd June, which was shared with the caption: '#CelebrityGogglebox? Completed it mate.
'Say hello to @buxtagram and @clairbuckley who are joining us for the first time this Friday 🙌 9pm, @channel4 #FreshEveryFriday.'
Also joining the line-up for the first time is singer, Jess Glynne and her girlfriend, sports commentator and KISS presenter, Alex Scott. In a post on Instagram, Channel 4 said: "Welcome to the #GoggleboxFamily, @alexscott2 and @jessglynne! 🤩. We can’t wait for you to join us this Friday at 9pm, @channel4 📺."
Joining the 2025 line-up, we'll see Eastenders and Gavin & Stacey legend, Larry Lamb, and his son George on the Gogglebox sofa. George said in a video on Instagram: "We are going to be on Gogglebox at 9 o'clock on Channel 4 this Friday... Join us!"
Announced on Thursday 5th June was TV presenters, Paddy McGuinness and Vernon Kay. In a video released by Channel 4, Paddy said he'd "even run a cloth over the sink" for the occasion.
Returning celebrities include Happy Mondays' Bez and Shaun Ryder, swimmer Ellie Simmonds and her Strictly co-star Richie Anderson, comedians Mo Gilligan and Babátúndé Aléshé, as well as Jennifer Saunders and her daughter Beattie, presenters Denise Van Outen and Johnny Vaughan, broadcaster and author Nick Grimshaw and his niece, Liv and Diversity's Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely, who present KISS Breakfast.
Also confirmed to be returning for series seven is Rylan and his mum Linda. The popular pair announced the news with a video on Instagram, saying: "We're back on Gogglebox!" The TV presenter, who first found fame on The X Factor, then asks his mum if she's excited. To which she hilariously replies: "Yeah, I don't mind."
Even more celebs were announced ahead of the second episode, including journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy and his daughter Jasmine, Munya Chawawa and Jamie Laing, and Mark Chapman and Kelly Cates.
Teenage darts sensation Luke Littler has also joined the show, alongside YouTuber Angryginge.
It was also revealed that Clare Balding and her wife Alice Arnold will return, as well as Mo Gilligan and Babatunde Aleshe.
Ahead of the third episode, comedians Roisin Conaty and Joe Wilkinson were announced for the show.
The post read: 'Good to see you, @gillinghamjoe and @roisinconaty1! Welcome to #CelebrityGogglebox 🙌'. (sic)
It was also announced that Anita Mangan and Stephen Mangan would return ahead of episode three, whilst singer Rag'n'Bone Man and comedian Romesh Ranganathan team up to give commentary on this week's TV shows.
Then on Friday 20th June, Love Island host Maya Jama joined the cast, alongside her brother, Omar. And Strictly Come Dancing judges, Craig Revel-Horwood and Anton Du Beke, said it'll be '10s all round' as they joined the line-up on the same day.
Ahead of the fifth episode, Alison Hammond joined the series alongside her son Aidan and her sister Saundra.
Broadcaster Jonathan Ross and his daughter Honey also joined the show.
Which celebs took part in the last series?
The sixth series of Celebrity Gogglebox was a star-studded affair, with the likes of Sue Johnston and Ricky Tomlinson, Mel C and Paul O'Neil, and comedians Rob Beckett and Tom Allen all taking part.
Married couple Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash also returned to the show. Sharing the news on Instagram, bosses wrote: 'We can’t wait to see @joeswash and @staceysolomon on #CelebrityGogglebox tomorrow! 🤩 9pm, @channel4 📺👀'. (sic)
Former footballer Rio Ferdinand joined the show alongside his wife Kate.
BFFs Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely, Chris Packham and his step-daughter Megan McCubbin, and Jane McDonald and her friend Sue were also part of the series six cast, as well as Rylan Clark and his mum Linda, Gok Wan and Fearne Cotton, and Babatunde Aleshe and Mo Gilligan.
Danny Dyer and his daughter Dani also joined the show for series six, with Nick and Liv Grimshaw, and Anita and Stephen Mangan also returning.
Also taking part was Bez and Shaun Ryder, Beattie Edmondson and Jennifer Saunders, Clare Balding and Alice Arnold, and Zoe Ball and Woody Cook.
Following the first episode, it was announced that Spice Girl Mel B and her daughter Phoenix Brown would join during episode two, as well as Denise Van Outen and Johnny Vaughan. The post read: 'On this week’s #CelebrityGogglebox, we have @officialmelb, @phoenixisphoenix, @vanouten_denise and @jonny_vaughan66! 🤩'. (sic)
One day before the second episode, bosses announced father and son duo Martin and Roman Kemp would also return, as well as Miquita Oliver and her mum Andi.
Ahead of the third episode, more celebs were added to the line-up, including father and son duo Jeff and Bobby Brazier, Loose Women stars Judi Love and Charlene White, Annie Mac and Sara Cox, and Gyles Brandreth and Lulu.
Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash joined the show from episode four, as well as Donna Preston and Chris McCausland.
Which celebs appeared on series five?
A whole host of new faces signed up for series five of Celebrity Gogglebox, including singer Tom Grennan, who was joined by his dad.
Tom told metro.co.uk: "So excited for Gogglebox, especially filming with my dad. I’ve said to him be ready to become a national treasure."
TV presenter Davina McCall also appeared on the fifth series, alongside her boyfriend Michael Douglas, who is a popular celebrity hairdresser.
Fresh from presenting the British Soap Awards at the start of June 2023, Jane McDonald appeared on series five alongside her best friend Sue. She wrote on Instagram: 'I'm going to be appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox with my best friend Sue - it's going to be an absolute blast! We’ve shared some unforgettable moments over the years but I am really looking forward to spending time together on this wonderful show. @c4gogglebox'. (sic)
Liv and Nick Grimshaw, Bez and Shaun Ryder, Olly Levy and Paul Sinha, Clare Balding and Alice Arnold, Martin and Roman Kemp, Tubsey, Big Zuu and Hyder, and Rob Beckett and Tom Allen will also returned for series five.
As well as Gyles Brandreth and Dame Joanna Lumley, Miquita and Andi Oliver, Denise van Outen and Duncan James, Paul and Mel C, Fearne Cotton and Gok Wan, Lucy Beaumont and Jon Richardson.

What is Celebrity Gogglebox?
Celebrity Gogglebox was first created as a charity special for Stand Up To Cancer, but after the show's success, Channel 4 decided to turn the concept into a real series, with the first series hitting our screens in 2019.
There's since been six series to date, with series seven arriving on 6th June 2025.
