The brand new series of Celebrity MasterChef returned to our screens at the beginning of the week, with celebs like Bez, Rita Simons, Munya Chawawa, Duncan James and Su Pollard all entering the famous kitchen to dish up some fancy meals.

But it was the second episode of the series which really left viewers laughing at their TV sets, all thanks to Happy Mondays star Bez (Mark Berry).

After making into through the first round of the cooking competition during Monday night, Su, Rita, Duncan and Bez were up for even more challenges during last night's episode, involving a set-time challenge.

In case you missed it, the celebs were asked to whip up a pasta carbonara dish in just 15 minutes, something this year's celebs all performed well in.

HOWEVER, it was Bez's unorthodox way to stir his pan of pasta that left viewing in hysterics, as the singer used a huge rolling pin.

Many took to Twitter to react to the hilarious moment...

After judge John Torode commented: “Do you want to use a spoon rather than a rolling pin mate?”

Bez replied: “Oh sorry,” as he went to find himself a spoon.

However it seems Gregg Wallace was a fan of Bez's way of cooking, jokingly saying: “I kind of liked it!”
