It's Friday, which can only mean one thing, it's time for new music! Today (18th March), Mabel, Jax Jones and Galantis have dropped their collab 'Good Luck' and what a track it is to start the weekend.

Fusing iconic elements of Jax Jones', and Galantis' music, with Mabel's euphoric voice, the song dropped today along with the music video.

Speaking about her new release, Mabel said: "'Good Luck' is the empowering song you need when getting ready to go out: when you’re feeling low about someone, and your friends will take you out to get that person off your mind."

In a release, the inspiration for the new track has been revealed, explaining Mabel's emotional journey over the past couple of years. At the beginning of the first lockdown, Mabel moved back with her dogs to her parents, and threw herself into dance classes, as, like many of us, she missed the social interaction with her friends.

It goes on to explain: 'She avidly watched and re-watched Paris Is Burning, Pose and Drag Race between writing songs.' And 'Good Luck' was one of those songs!

On 29th April, Mabel shared an acoustic version of the song on YouTube.
