"It's like a life mantra," he explained, going on to joke: "It's unhealthy to disco all the time."

He continued: "So I think, you know, like loving and being, moving through your life with love and like taking a break every now and again to like have some fun, I think is a really good way to approach your life.

"And that's what I felt like I did the last couple of years and it led to like just positive changes in my life."

Harry then joked: "You can probably stop (kissing) to eat and stuff - definitely an extended lunch break - and then right back to it… I spent a lot of time with Italians the last year or so and they’re kissing all the time so… it’s just art imitating life."

What is the inspiration behind the new music?

Harry was spotted in Berlin in 2025 which caused a lot of speculation about a fourth album and Hits Radio Breakfast asked the singer if his Berlin clubbing days inspired his new music.

The 'Watermelon Sugar' singer revealed they had inspired him a bit, opening up, he said: "I think what was so amazing for me about the last couple of years is getting to be like a true, like audience member. Spending a lot of time on the stage, it's really easy to forget what it feels like to be in a pit and be with people, dancing like that and it's like magical.

"That feeling of togetherness and community that you have is... it was like an amazing reminder for me to kind of be on that side of it."

Are there any collabs on his album?

Despite many people being rumoured to feature on Harry's album he has confirmed there aren't any collabs, telling Hits Radio: "There are no collabs on this album! Yeah, just me."

Before the album was announced, several artists were rumoured to be involved, including Fred Again.. HAIM, Olivia Dean, Florence Welch, and André 3000.

Harry Styles' fourth album: A look back at the clues

Over the last couple of years fans have been eager to learn more about Harry's fourth album. Let's look back at the rumours and theories fans have been getting excited about, as we look forward to 'Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally'...

'We Belong Together'

Not only did fans spot billboards around the world with the words 'We Belong Together', the singer himself sent fans a voice note on WhatsApp, of him singing the words.

The audio message was sent to fans who joined a WhatsApp chat from the number provided via the new 'We Belong Together' website, sparking even more excitement that an announcement was imminent.

Harry later opened up about how his Berlin clubbing days inspired his new music, saying: "I think the feeling that I had in my musical experiences around that (clubbing) kind of led to the, like ‘we belong together’ idea of just like, oh, this is, you know, ‘this is what life is about.’ It's about like being with people and sharing moments with people and when you open up more in your life, you allow more positivity and more life into your life."

'Forever Forever'

Taking to social media on 27th December 2025, the former One Direction star released an eight-minute video called 'Forever, Forever', featuring clips from the last concert of his mega 'Love On Tour', which took place in Italy in July 2023.

Beginning with fans waiting for the performance, they could be seen discussing his career and speculating that he would "disappear" following that night - proving them right, as Harry has barely been seen in public since the end of the tour.

We then see clips from the show itself while a beautiful piano melody plays over the top, finishing with the words "we belong together" overlaid on the top of the audience clapping while fireworks can be heard in the background.

Of course, fans flocked to the comments - with many on YouTube taking this as a sure-fire sign that his fourth album was on the way. One wrote: 'I have a feeling this is a subtle way harry is reminding us he is still here , still loves his fandom and job and a thank you for us being patient.' (sic)

Another added: 'I choose to read this as Harry telling us "don't worry, I'm coming back soon". Homies, let's be ready for 2026,' while another wrote: 'I was there in the crowd, stage left. Such powerful moment. The crowd went from so energetic and loud to incredibly quiet, respectful and peaceful. It was incredible, electric, just magical. Ready for more! 💕' (sic)

However, others took this as an omen that Harry was stepping back from music altogether. One person commented: 'This feels like a welcome back and goodbye at the same time,' while another added: 'This is either about to be the craziest comeback or the saddest goodbye,' and one more wrote: 'i so desperately want this to be a hello and not a goodbye.' (sic)

Harry was spotted in Berlin

The singer was seen with his creative director, leading fans to believe that something big was coming.

Berlin is where David Bowie, who has been a significant influence on Harry, recorded three of his albums. He recorded 'Low', 'Heroes', and 'Lodger', which are known collectively as the 'Berlin Trilogy'.
