BTS reveal the tracklist for their album 'Arirang'

After nearly 34 months apart, all seven members of K-pop sensation BTS finally reunited in the summer of 2025, and delighted fans with the announcement of new music AND a world tour.

Taking part in a live stream on Weverse, BTS members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook all appeared on screen for the first time since announcing a hiatus in 2022, in order for them to carry out mandatory military service. The band have now revealed the tracklist for their comeback album, ahead of its release later this month.

Are they releasing new music?

Dropping news of their hugely-anticipated comeback to music, BTS confirmed in 2025 they were working on a brand new album, hoping for a Spring 2026 release date, they have now confirmed it will be released on 20th March 2026.

The band said: “We’ll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year. Starting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music. Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas. We’re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started.”

What is it called?

The album is called 'Arirang'. The album name is the name of a song sung in both North and South Korea, and acts as a symbol of unity.

What songs are on the tracklist?

On 3rd March the band announced their 14-song tracklist which can be found below. They also shared the writing and producing credits for the songs which include One Republic's Ryan Tedder ('Body To Body', 'SWIM', 'NORMAL', 'One More Night'), Diplo ('FYA', 'Like Animals', 'Please', 'Into the Sun').

When will it be released?

It will be released on 20th March 2026.

Is there a documentary?

Yes, it was announced in 2026, that Netflix will release a documentary following the band on their return to music, including the making of their album, after their hiatus.
