Just six months after announcing the birth of their third child, baby Esti, celebrity couple Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have now become parents for a fourth time, as the pair have welcomed a baby boy via a surrogate.
The couple, who are also parents to seven-year-old Luna and four-year-old Miles, took to Instagram to share their surprise news with fans, with 37-year-old Chrissy revealing they've welcomed a son called Wren Alexander Stephens.
In an emotional statement, Chrissy documented her dream of having four children, and spoke about the unique experience of being pregnant at the same time as her surrogate Alexandra.
She said: 'Just minutes before midnight on June 19th, I got to witness the most beautiful woman, my friend, our surrogate, give birth amidst a bit of chaos, but with strength and pure joy and love.
'We want to say thank you for this incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra. And we are so happy to tell the world he is here, with a name forever connected to you, Wren Alexander Stephens.
'Our hearts, and our home, are officially full.' (sic)
Fans and friends of the showbiz couple were quick to comment on the lovely news.
Jessie J, who recently welcomed her first child into the world, commented: 'This post and these hormones. TEARS of JOY. So happy for you 🤍'. Kris Jenner added: 'Congratulations!!!!! We are so thrilled and excited for you and all of these treasured blessings!!!! 🥰❤️🙏🏼😍‼️'. (sic)
Paris Hilton wrote: 'Congratulations love, I am so happy for you!!🥰', with Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause adding: 'Oh my God! Congrats he’s perfect'. (sic)
Chrissy and John's surrogate Alexandra also commented, saying: 'Thank you for choosing me. For making this whole experience so wonderful. For loving me and my family whole heartedly.
'It was truly an honor bringing perfect Wren into the world with you right by my side.'
