ITV announce official start date for I'm A Celeb 2026

The temperatures have dropped and the dark nights have arrived, which can only mean one thing... Attention is about to turn to the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
With this year's line-up now 'confirmed', ITV/STV bosses have announced the official start date for this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
When does I'm A Celeb start?
The 2026 series will begin at 9pm on Monday 16th November 2026.
The new series will be delayed by one day due to ITV/STV broadcasting the UEFA Nations League.
The football tournament, which first kicks off in September, will see England play Spain on Sunday 15th November 2026, the date I'm A Celeb was reportedly set to launch.
A source said: “I’m A Celeb has always benefited from the Sunday night prime-time slot, but this year it’s all change. Now ITV has the rights to the UEFA Nations League bosses have had to go back to the drawing board.
“The show will now start on Monday, November 16 at 9pm.”
Which celebs are taking part?
The official line-up hasn't yet been announced by ITV, but The Sun are now reporting the 'confirmed' line-up, with names such as Joanna Page, Wayne Rooney and Chloe Burrows.

Following the slightly chaotic second series of I'm A Celeb: South Africa earlier this year, fans are gearing up for the new series of the main show, with Ant and Dec once again heading to Australia.
Fans also have another special to look forward to next year, as the show celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Filmed in Canada in September, a new spin off series called I'm A Celeb: The Wild Frontier will air in 2027, in addition to the main show.
