Star-studded line-up confirmed for final ever Saturday Night Takeaway

It's an extended episode!

Author: Alex RossPublished 11th Apr 2024

After 20 amazing series and over 130 episodes, Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway will have its final episode this Saturday (13th April), or at least for now as the show goes on an extended hiatus.

Despite the show going on a break, it sounds like Geordie duo Ant and Dec have some huge plans for the final episode, where they'd like fans to apply to take part in the final End of the Show Show.

The final episode has been extended to a two-hour live event, where the show will bow out in style across the whole of TV Centre with its biggest live show ever!

Who are the final Star Guest Announcers?

Ahead of their reunion tour starting next month, Girls Aloud will be the Star Guest Announcers throughout the two-hour episode, with Cheryl Tweedy, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Nadine Coyle all in attendance.

Get Out Of Me Ear: The Revenge

Fans will also witness the final part of Get Out Of Me Ear: The Revenge, with Simon Cowell, Davina McCall, Rylan, Oti Mabuse, Amanda Holden, Dermot O'Leary, Craig David and Alison Hammond all live in the studio.

Singalong

The final singalong segment is also going out with a bang, with S-Club, Tony Hadley and Kaiser Chiefs all taking part!

Ant Vs Dec

Andi Peters will be joined by former Ant Vs Dec hosts Ashley Roberts and Kirsty Gallacher in another 20 series look back moment. Ant and Dec will go head-to-head in a football penalty shoot out, the first ever Ant Vs Dec game way back in 2005.

Former goalkeeper Ben Foster will be in goal, whilst legendary commentator Clive Tyldesley will also feature.

Giveaways/Win the Ads

As always, Andi Peters will be on hand to present his final competition, and bosses are hinting at a 'surprise'.

Josie Gibson, Jordan North and Scarlett Moffatt will also all feature, bringing joy for unsuspecting members of the public.

Classic feature Win the Ads will have the biggest prize pot in the show's history.

End of the Show Show

Although bosses are keeping tight-lipped about the final End of The Show Show, they have asked fans to apply to feature from their sofas!

ITV/STV's take part website states: 'We always love to make our End of The Show Shows as big as possible and to send this series off in style; we'd love for you to be part of our finale.

'We want you to film some footage of yourself in your living room, as though you are watching the show at home. You can be dancing, swaying along to the music, waving, making hand-heart gestures, or just partying along to the show like we hope you always do on a Saturday night! Dogs, nanas, kids—all welcome!

'The footage will be shown on our studio screens for our last End of The Show Show on Saturday, 13th April, on ITV1 & STV!'.
