Pop superstar Kylie Minogue has brought out countless hits over the years, including 'Spinning Around', 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head', and 'I Should Be So Lucky'. Most recently, to fans' delight, the music icon released her live album 'Infinite Disco' on digital platforms.
Kylie released her album 'Disco' in 2020, and this was followed by the 2021 album 'DISCO: Guest List Edition' which was a remake of the first album with new songs and features from other artists, including singer Jessie Ware who sang 'Kiss Of Life' with Kylie, as well as disco legend Gloria Gaynor who features on the song 'Can’t Stop Writing Songs About You’.
Infinite Disco was a live-stream concert released in 2020 in support of her 'Disco' album, and took place online as live shows were put on hold due to Covid-19. The show included songs from the new album as well as disco remixes of some of her classic tracks.
Kylie announced the release of the 'Infinite Disco' album and addressed fans in a post on Instagram saying: 'Infinite Disco, streamed everywhere in 2020, forever in my heart and from MIDNIGHT tonight, wherever you are, the live album will be available for all of us! On digital platforms and you can pre-order on vinyl 🚀💖✨'.
The digital release of 'Infinite Disco' was an unexpected but welcome surprise, and fans were quick to comment how much they would love to see her on tour again. One said: 'What a BIG surprise! 😘 I hope you are working on #DISCOTour' with another adding: 'Next Step: Galactic Disco World Tour'.
The album is available to listen to on streaming platforms now and will come out on vinyl on 6th May.
Having watched the amazing live-stream show and now being able to listen to the performances as an album anywhere, the superstar certainly left us wanting more!
