Despite recent reports that she's currently undergoing 'marriage troubles' with her husband of 21 years Clive Owen, Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen has now revealed that she won’t rule out having more children to add to her brood of nine.

Amanda and Clive, who star in Channel 5 show Our Yorkshire Farm, already have nine children together, Annas, Violet, Edith, Raven, Clemmy, Nancy, Reuben, Miles and Sidney.

They all star in the show and are regularly seen mucking in with the animals and cooking up a storm with their mum in the kitchen.

In a recent interview with OK!, Amanda was asked about whether she would be open to having another child, and she replied: “I don’t know! If anyone knows anything it’s honestly that I have not got a plan. I plan for today and maybe tomorrow and that’s where it stops.

“I think we should all give ourselves a bit of a break when it comes to parenting. As long as the kids are happy, well-fed and washed… that will do!”

The TV stars released a joint statement about the rumours surround their marriage last week, admitting they are going through a 'rocky patch'.

Speaking to PA Agency, the couple said: "With the TV show and the books we've always aimed to show the reality of life on the farm, and just like any marriage we have our stresses and strains, coupled with all the complexities of what we do on the farm and bringing up nine kids.

"We're a normal family and we've never said our marriage is perfect. Unfortunately, the constant intrusion into our lives from the media has amplified a rocky patch that we're going through," the couple told PA news agency.

"We ask that the media respect our privacy as we work through this."

Our Yorkshire Farm, which has been on screens since 2018, documents the family living on their stunning sheep farm in Swaledale, with all 11 family members having set jobs and responsibilities to keep the farm in working order.

The couple first met back in 1996, when Amanda worked as a contract shepherdess on Clive's farm in Swaledale when she was just 21-years-old.
