With series 12 of Married At First Sight Australia now compete here in the UK, viewers wondering which couples from the 2025 series made it once they got back into the real world outside of filming.

Despite couples like Jacqui and Ryan, Awhina and Adrian, and Carina and Paul all having some form of major drama, Rhi Disljenkovic and Jeff Gobbels sailed through the experiment, with viewers falling in love with their relationship.

Now the series is over, find out if Rhi and Jeff stayed together...

Are Rhi and Jeff still together?

Yes, yes yes! In news we love to hear, Rhi and Jeff have remained together since filming ended, with the pair now living together!

Speaking to 9Entertainment in May 2025, Rhi confessed: "I know we did live together in the experiment, but moving in outside really just cemented our strong relationship."

Jeff added: "I think that was a big step for our relationship. We came out of the experiment, and in such a short space of time, we decided to move in with each other. It was just really cool being able to pick out the stuff you want for your own apartment and really build a home together.

"We moved into a new place that neither of us had lived in before, so it was starting fresh. I think we probably undervalue with how important that moment was, how big that moment was for our relationship."

As fans will know, during the reunion, Rhi and Jeff said the 'L word' to each other for the first time, leaving their co-stars and fans in tears!

The pair have also been very loved-up on social media, with both Rhi and Jeff posting the cutest photos together on their Instagram pages.

Did Rhi and Jeff date before MAFS?

Unbelievably, out of all of the applicants, Rhi and Jeff actually previously dated before the show.

A year before filming for the show took place, 34-year-old Rhi and 39-year-old Jeff dated briefly for a month, but things fizzled out, leading to the pair to friend zoning each other. Speaking on the show, Rhi admitted the timing wasn't right for the pair at the time they dated, going on to reveal they are still good friends, even running a marathon together and going for coffee.

Jeff said: "My initial reaction was pure shock. It was the last person I expected to see on my wedding day. We dated for about four or five weeks... the timing wasn't quite right.

"We had a conversation about going our own ways, and it was very grown up and very mature and very mutual. If it wasn't a mutual separation, it would have been very hard in the experiment!"

Check out which MAFS Australia series 12 couples are still together:

Speaking to 9Entertainment, they said: "I know we did live together in the experiment, but moving in outside really just cemented our strong relationship. I think that was a big step for our relationship. We came out of the experiment, and in such a short space of time, we decided to move in with each other.

"It was just really cool being able to pick out the stuff you want for your own apartment and really build a home together. We moved into a new place that neither of us had lived in before, so it was starting fresh. Things certainly got off to a promising start for Jamie and Dave, with Jamie very happy with the man she was greeted with at the end of the altar. Despite her non-stop talking after the ceremony, it was all positive vibes for these two on their wedding day!

Taking full responsibly for her behaviour towards Carina during the argument about Lauren at the dinner party, Jamie apologised to Carina and gained respect from the experts for taking accountability. Back to her relationship with Dave, Jamie admitted she's still loving the experiment, with the retreat bringing them closer together, admitting she even said the L word to Dave. The pair both chose to stay.

Sixth commitment ceremony:
Partner swap and feedback week saw the tables turn for Jamie and Dave, with Jamie realising Dave was no longer in to her, due to the lack of validation he gave. During a chat with the experts, Dave confessed he isn't at the same stage as Jamie, with Jamie accusing him of not pursuing her sexually. Jamie admitted he needs to step up, with the pair both choosing to stay to work on things.

Seventh commitment ceremony:
Jamie stepped up during Home Stays week, but Jamie did admit during her chat with the experts that she's now no longer in love with Dave, admitting she's feeling scared to open herself up. After Dave said he has hope for the pair's relationship, both chose to stay and go to the final vows.

Final vows:
Although the pair had a hiccup in the final few weeks of the experiment, Jamie and Dave made it to the final vow ceremony, and both admitted they'd like to continue their relationship outside of the experiment. Jamie said: "I deserve to be loved, Dave, and I just don't know whether I'm willing to wait to see if you can get there too. But I also know I'm not ready to walk away from this or from you, and my heart tells me I'm not ready to let go of you and everything we built together."

Are Jamie and Dave still together?
Unfortunaly, Jamie and Dave split not long after the final vows. Jamie said: "After Final Vows, for me it became quite clear that Dave just wasn't fully into me. I want someone who's going to love me and show up without asking. If I had not broken up with him last week, we would've been going to the Reunion together."

Awhina and Adrian: SPLIT AFTER FINAL VOWS

Both twins, the experts matched 30-year-olds Awhina and Adrian.

Wedding day:
Although initial attraction was certainly there between the two, Awhina was a little taken-a-back when Adrian joked in his vows about not having children, being a mum herself. Unable to find the right moment to tell him she has a little boy, Awhina's step dad and mum broke the news in their speeches, which left Adrian and his family in shock. After discussing the matter in private, Adrian didn't exactly give Awhina the reassurance she was looking for.

Honeymoon:
Things started off well for the pair on their honeymoon, with Awhina and Adrian being intimate and very playful with each other. However, on the last night, things took an awkward turn when the subject of family came up. When given the honeymoon box by the experts, Adrian admitted he doesn't know how he feels that Awhina has experienced having her first child with somebody else, and revealed he doesn't know if he will be able to love her child as much as he would love his own. Taken aback by the comment, Awhina admitted it could be a big issue for the pair.

First commitment ceremony:
Awhina and Adrian both chose to stay.

Second commitment ceremony:
Following a tough week and a deep chat with the experts, both Awhina and Adrian chose to stay.

Third commitment ceremony:
After a week which saw Adrian take off his ring and leave the experiment due to not being featured in the MAFS promo video, and have a secret dinner with fellow bride Sierah, Adrian chose to return and wanted to stay. Despite this, Awhina chose to leave, but due to Adrian staying, the pair remained in the experiment.

Fourth commitment ceremony:
Despite another bad week, which resulted in their families coming to blows, both chose to stay another week.

Fifth commitment ceremony:
Awhina and Adrian were very upbeat during the fifth commitment ceremony, with the couple's retreat doing wonders for their relationship. Following a good week, the pair both chose to stay.

Sixth commitment ceremony:
Awhina and Adrian both chose to stay following a positive feedback week.

Seventh commitment ceremony:
Despite meeting Awhina's twin sister again during Home Stays, Awhina and Adrian had a really positive time together. However, during a chat with the experts the pair confessed they would have to have a long-distance relationship, due to Adrian being in Sydney, and Awhina being in Perth, and neither of them wanting to move. Both chose to stay and headed into the final vows.

Final vows:
During the final vows, both Awhina and Adrian decided it was best to walk away due to the distance between them, and Awhina having a son to care for. However, in a huge twist, the pair changed their minds during the ceremony, admitting they did want to see how things go. After sharing a kiss and walking off hand-in-hand, Adrian told producers: "We're just going to go back home and see where we stand and how we go. Awhina's a lucky woman."

Are Awhina and Adrian still together?
Despite making a U-turn during the final vows and wanting to make things work, Awhina and Adrian split at the reunion, with Awhina admitting Adrian's lack of affection for her was enough to end things.

Carina and Paul: SPLIT DURING FINAL VOWS

31-year-old Carina and 30-year-old Paul were matched by the experts.

Wedding day:
Carina and Paul were in for a shock on their wedding day when they met at the altar, having previously dated eight months prior. Although Carina initially asked to be matched with another man, after Paul 'ghosted' her, the pair were able to work things out after Paul's apology. Following the initial drama, Carina and Paul's wedding ceremony went very well, with the pair even enjoying a kiss.

Honeymoon:
The sexual chemistry between the pair heighted on their honeymoon, with the couple being intimate on more than one occasion during the honeymoon.

First commitment ceremony:
Both Carina and Paul chose to stay, looking very happy together.

Second commitment ceremony:
Following a positive intimacy week, Carina and Paul both chose to stay.

Third commitment ceremony:
Following another positive week, both Carina and Paul chose to stay.

Fourth commitment ceremony:
In a week which saw Paul punch a wall following an argument with Carina, things were tense during a chat with the experts. The experts condemned Paul's behaviour and Carina's justification for his behaviour, calling it 'toxic behaviour'. The experts asked Paul to tell them why they shouldn't kick him out of the experiment, before telling him they will provide services to help him. Following the chat, both Carina and Paul both chose to stay.

Fifth commitment ceremony:
Following drama with Jamie, which included a blazing row at the dinner party, Carina was emotional during a chat with the experts. After getting her point across and why she felt the need to stand up for Lauren, the pair later both chose to stay.

Sixth commitment ceremony:
Following feedback week, which resulted in Paul writing some pretty harsh words towards Carina, the pair had a difficult chat with the experts. The experts also called Paul out for telling Awhina what Carina said in confidence about her twin sister, with John accusing him of lacking 'emotional intelligence'. Despite admitting she can't fully trust him right now and questioning whether they are truly compatible as a couple, both Carina and Paul chose to stay.

Seventh commitment ceremony:
Following a positive Home Stays week, Carina and Paul were in a great place and both chose to stay, heading into the final vows very happy.

Final vows:
Carina and Paul were thrown another curve ball in the week leading up to the final vows when Paul chose to go on a date with his other match leaving Carina furious. Despite this, the pair did go to the final vow ceremony, where Paul confessed his feelings and desire to be with Carina in the real world. However, wary of his previous behaviour, Carina broke down in tears and informed Paul he'd thrown everything away after 'failing' the test of trust, admitting she felt embarrassed, humiliated and disrespected. Finishing by telling Paul that he 'ruined' it, the Frenchman was left in tears and complete shock.

Did Carina and Paul get back together?
Despite Paul's best efforts to get Carina to give him another chance, the pair are not in a relationship.

Jacqui and Ryan: SPLIT DURING FINAL VOWS

The experts matched 29-year-old Jacqui and 36-year-old Ryan.

Wedding day:
Although Ryan seemed to be impressed by his match, telling the camera everything was going accordingly, the same couldn't be said for Jacqui, who addressed a few concerns about Ryan. As the wedding reception went on and she got to know Ryan more, Jacqui admitted the pair had a lot of things not in common, and she wasn't too thrilled about his choice of dog breed. However, Ryan seemed to pull Jacqui back round with his personal wedding speech, where she admitted she's now got a lot of hope for the pair's future.

First commitment ceremony:
Despite some issues, both Jacqui and Ryan chose to stay.

Second commitment ceremony:
Although they were up and down during intimacy week, both Jacqui and Ryan chose to stay.

Third commitment ceremony:
Despite another whirlwind week for the pair, which featured some huge arguments, both Jacqui and Ryan chose to stay for another week.

Fourth commitment ceremony:
After seeing Ryan having her back during the fourth dinner party, Jacqui was full of praise for her man, with the pair admitting they'd even progressed their relationship by having sex. They both chose to stay.

Fifth commitment ceremony:
Despite a relatively positive week for the pair, during a chat with the experts on the couch, Jacqui ended up in tears admitting she doesn't think Ryan compromises on things in the relationship. They did however state there is positives, and they have grown as a couple, admitting they do enjoy spending time together. The pair both chose to stay.

Sixth commitment ceremony:
Following feedback week, Jacqui and Ryan grew stronger and both chose to stay.

Seventh commitment ceremony:
Home Stays was a pretty disastrous time for Jacqui and Ryan, with Ryan admitting to the experts he doesn't think Jacqui accepts him as a man or human being. After Ryan aired out his concerns, Jacqui broke down hysterically crying on the couch. Following a long chat, Ryan chose to leave, but Jacqui shocked everyone by writing stay. Because Jacqui chose to stay, the pair remained in the experiment ahead of the final vows.

Final vows:
Being one of the most up and down couples in the entire history of MAFS, it's safe to say the final vows were never going to be straight forward for these two, and they certainly didn't disappoint. Although they seemed incredibly happy with each other when they left their apartment, despite having a huge argument about Jacqui giving out her number the night before, things quickly changed when they went back to their own homes, before the vows. During the final vow ceremony, both Ryan and Jacqui delivered some blows to one another, but it was Jacqui who really left viewers gobsmacked, saying things like "I'm not a rehabilitation centre for a man." Unsurprisingly, both Ryan and Jacqui chose to walk away alone, bringing an end to their rocky relationship.

Did Jacqui and Ryan get back together?
Not this time! Following the final vows, the pair split for good, with Jacqui now engaged to co-star Clint!

Beth and Teejay - LEFT BEFORE FINAL VOWS

28-year-olds Beth and Teejay were the first intruder cast couples to get married.

After admitting their relationship is no longer sexual, Beth felt Teejay was no longer attracted to her, something he denied. After Alessandra gave Teejay some tips on how to make Beth feel desired, the pair both chose to stay.

Fifth commitment ceremony:
Beth and Teejay had more issues during Home Stays week, with Teejay admitting to the experts there's a connection issue between the pair. Despite the issues, Beth chose to stay, admitting she's not the type of person who walks away from something, but Teejay did choose to leave. As Beth chose to stay, the pair headed into the final vows.

Final Vows:
Despite staying in the experiment during the last commitment ceremony, Beth and Teejay didn't actually make it to the final vows, with Beth saying: "I deserve to be with someone that wants me and is sure about me. So final vows is not happening, this is just where we leave it."

Veronica and Eliot - LEFT EXPERIMENT

Eliot was also invited back for a second chance, with the experts pairing him with 32-year-old Veronica.

Wedding day:
Initial attraction was apparent between Veronica and Eliot on their wedding day, and although Eliot was a little cryptic in his vows, he later explained about his history on the show later in the ceremony to his new wife and her friends.

Despite Veronica having reservations after discovering Eliot's behaviour to former wife Lauren, his words and apology to Lauren during the commitment ceremony reassured her, with both Veronica and Eliot deciding to stay.

Second commitment ceremony:
After coming to blows during the week, where Veronica accused Eliot of not opening up, the pair enjoyed a deep chat with the experts, where Veronica admitted she made a mistake. The pair both chose to stay.

Third commitment ceremony:
Admitting they had a great time as a couple at the retreat, Veronica later confessed she feels like she's giving a filtered version of herself in order to please Eliot and not overwhelm him. Following a chat with the experts, the couple both chose to stay, with Veronica revealing she will no longer filter her personality and work on their relationship.

Fourth commitment ceremony:
Following a pretty disastrous feedback week, Veronica and Eliot came to blows and both chose to leave.

Lauren and Clint - LEFT EXPERIMENT

Following her failed romance with Eliot earlier on in the series, Lauren was invited back to the experiment and paired with 43-year-old Clint.

Wedding day:
Despite having initial reservations due to her history on the show, Lauren seemed to get on well with professional golfer Clint on their wedding day. The pair quickly realised they had a lot of things in common, with Lauren admitting she had a 'glimmer of hope'. Lauren and Clint also had an in-depth conversation about her history with Eliot, with Clint left shocked at his behaviour towards her.

First commitment ceremony:
Both Lauren and Clint chose to stay.

Second commitment ceremony:
Despite admitting she thinks Clint isn't the 'Alpha Male' she needs, due to him helping out by doing the dishes and laundry, both Lauren and Clint chose to stay to work on their relationship.

Third commitment ceremony:
Following numerous disagreements with the rest of the cast, which led to the pair having their own dinner party and not attending the group one, Lauren and Clint chatted with the experts about Lauren's issues with the group. Speaking about their relationship, the pair confessed they are still in the friend zone and both chose to leave.

Morena and Tony -LEFT EXPERIMENT

The oldest couple to take part in this year's experiment is 57-year-old Morena and 53-year-old Tony.

Things got off to a good start for Morena and Tony, who seemed very pleased upon seeing each other for the first time. During the reception, Morena's children made a lovely speech, where they told Tony to treat their mum like the 'Queen she is', something Tony agreed he would do. There was a little tension with Tony's cousin at the wedding, who confessed he thought Tony should have been matched with a younger woman, but Tony seemed to dismiss his claims, telling him Morena is a 'beautiful woman'.

First commitment ceremony:
Despite a rocky start, Morena and Tony both chose to stay.

Second commitment ceremony:
Although Morena chose to leave, Tony wanted to stay and press the reset button on their relationship. Morena agreed, with the pair staying for another week.

Third commitment ceremony:
After taking advice from the experts in the previous week, Morena and Tony enjoyed some date nights with Tony also making an effort to be more present. The pair both chose to stay.

Fourth commitment ceremony:
Following a bad week, where Tony confessed he'd like to have children, both Morena and Tony chose to leave the experiment.

Sierah and Billy - LEFT EXPERIMENT

The experts chose to match 31-year-olds Sierah and Billy together.

Wedding day:
Billy's upbeat personality and charm was certainly an instant winner with wife Sierah, with him even getting down on one knee and proposing before the ceremony went ahead. The couple seemed to get along very well during the reception, with their family and friends having high hopes for the pair.

Honeymoon:
Sierah and Billy's honeymoon continued in a positive way, with the pair getting intimate with each other. The couple enjoyed spending time with each other and getting to know each other more, both looking very happy together.

Honeymoon:
The pair had zero issues on their honeymoon, getting to know each other more and sharing lots of laughs together.

First commitment ceremony:
Whilst Ash chose to stay, Jake chose to leave admitting he doesn't trust his wife after she told the other brides about his comments during the photo ranking task. As per the rules, with one deciding to stay, the pair continued in the experiment. Despite going back to their apartment following the commitment ceremony, Jake broke the rules and decided to leave the experiment. Packing his bags the following morning, Ashleigh was therefore also forced to leave.

Katie and Tim - LEFT EXPERIMENT

The experts matched 37-year-old Katie with 38-year-old Tim.

Wedding day:
Whilst Katie seemed to be happy, the same couldn't be said for Tim, admitting to producers he wasn't happy with his match. After a very awkward wedding reception, Tim later admitted to Katie that he had no initial attraction to her, leaving her in tears.

Honeymoon:
Things went from bad to worse during the honeymoon, when Tim once again confessed to Katie she wasn't the type he asked for, saying to her he usually goes for 'petite, blonde and short girls'. Despite the rejection, Katie continued to try and get to know her husband more, asking him questions and making conversation, but this wasn't reciprocated.

First commitment ceremony:
Following a disastrous experiment, both Katie and Tim chose to leave.

Lauren and Eliot - LEFT EXPERIMENT

37-year-old Lauren was matched with 35-year-old Eliot.

Wedding day:

Honeymoon:
The day after the wedding, Eliot seemed to have a full change of heart and continued to slam the experts for giving him a bride who didn't match what he asked for. Eliot refused to take part in the experiment and decided to leave the show, leaving Lauren behind.
