Of course, Demi is no stranger to a tattoo, and is thought to have well over 20 different inkings, including a lion on the back of her hand, a feather behind her ear and many different phrases and words.

This new tat comes after Demi celebrated six months of sobriety at the weekend. The 26-year-old took to her Instagram Story to share a photo of a blue 'Six months' badge to celebrate, and revealed that her team had bought her a cake with a big number six on the top with a note that said they were 'so proud' of her.

Demi spoke out about her recovery in December, telling fans, "I am sober and grateful to be alive and taking care of ME. I will never take another day in life for granted, even the bad ones. Thankful for my fans, friends, family and everyone who supported me throughout this year. God bless."
