From today, Monday 5 July 2021, walk-in vaccinations for a second dose of either Pfizer or Astra Zeneca will now be available at the COVID-19 Vaccination Centre in the SSE Arena, Belfast.

Due to the high volume of requests to change second dose vaccination appointments, these will no longer be rescheduled.

If you are unable to attend for your planned second dose , walk-in second dose jabs will be available on a first come, first served basis between 8:30 am and 6pm each day.

Vaccinators ask that where possible, original appointments for second doses are kept to help with planning.

The South Eastern Trust is advising the public that second doses are unable to be administered earlier than the recommended interval of six weeks for Pfizer and eight weeks for Astrazeneca.

The public is therefore urged to check the date of first dose before attending and ensure the interval is correct.

Those attending for their second dose of vaccination should remember to bring their Vaccine Card, Photo ID and Health and Care Number if available.

In order to avoid wasted slots it is important to cancel your scheduled appointment online

Or via the regional phone line on 0300 200 7813 between Monday and Friday, 8:00am to 8.00pm.
