25-year old man dies following county Down crash

A 25-year old man has died following a road traffic collision in Downpatrick.

Police on Saturday evening named the victim as Bradley Gilman from the Ardglass area.

A PSNI spokesperson said officers received a report of a collision on the Ballyhornan Road just before 4 o'clock on the morning of May 29th.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries but has passed away.
