Although this is the first time that 50 Cent and Ed have worked together, it was only last year that Ed worked with Eminem on their amazing song 'River'. 'River' featured on Eminem's album 'Revival', which dropped on 15th December 2017.
At the time Ed took to Instagram saying, 'He is one of the reasons I started writing songs, and was such a pleasure to work with him. The song is called River, hope you like it. Yay x'.
The music video for 'River' was released two months later on Valentine's Day and mirrored the lyrics of the song, following a couple who have a lot of problems in their relationship. Footage of the couple fighting is interspersed with clips of Eminem being questioned by a therapist.
Despite being an incredibly emotional video to watch, it was a huge hit with fans and received over 9 million views within just two days of release.
While we're waiting for to hear more about the new collaboration with 50 Cent, Eminem and Ed Sheeran, Ed recently performed at an amazing intimate gig for us and you can watch his FULL performance below.
As well as performing many of his incredibly popular hits throughout his set, Ed also joined us to answer some of the Internet's Rhetorical Questions about himself.
