Kourtney Kardashian has thanked doctors for "saving her baby's life" after a health scare last week, as well as paying tribute to the medical professionals, her husband Travis Barker and her mum, Kris Jenner.
Taking to Instagram, Kourtney - who announced her pregnancy earlier this year - shared a photo of herself and Travis holding hands and explained that she had been "rushed into urgent fetal surgery" after Travis' band blink-182 postponed shows in the UK for him to fly home and be with her.
The 44-year-old wrote: 'I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.
'As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear,' adding that she has a 'whole new understanding and respect' for other parents who have had to 'fight for their babies while pregnant'.
She ended with reassurance that her baby was well: 'Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing. 🙏🏼🤍'

Travis' band blink-182 posted about the news last week, writing that they were postponing gigs in the UK and Ireland as Travis had needed to fly home immediately for 'an urgent family matter'.
Speculation that the "matter" was relating to Kourtney and the couple's unborn baby was raised after Travis posted photos from a hospital prayer room.
Kourtney is mum to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11 and eight-year-old Reign with her ex-partner Scott Disick, while Travis shares son Landon, 19, and 17-year-old daughter Alabama with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
