Body of a man recovered from Forth and Clyde Canal
Police were called to the water near Argyll Road in Clydebank this morning
The body of a man has been recovered from the Forth and Clyde Canal in Clydebank.
Police were called to the area around 8.55am on Friday January 31, to reports of “concern for a person in the water in the Argyll Road area”.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Emergency services attended and the body of a man was recovered.
“The death is being treated as unexplained, and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
